This Processing Time Policy outlines the guidelines for processing times and turnaround expectations when using our services. 1. General Processing Time

1.1 Standard Processing Time: Our standard processing time for photo editing services is anywhere from 1-7 business days from the date of receiving the complete and correct image(s) and any additional information required for the editing process. This depends on the services selected/ordered, the time or year (wedding season) and our overall workload.

 

2. Processing Time Variations

2.1 Volume of Orders: During periods of high demand, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be extended due to the increased volume of orders. We will communicate any variations in processing times on our website or through email notifications.

2.2 Complex Editing Requests: For complex editing requests that require intricate adjustments, retouching, or modifications, processing times may be extended. We will provide you with an estimated processing time for such requests upon receiving the details of the editing work required.

2.3 Customer Communication: In some cases, our editing team may need to communicate with you to clarify your editing preferences or to request additional information. Any delays in response from your end may extend the processing time.

 

3. Expedited Processing

3.1 Expedited Processing Option: We offer an expedited processing option for an additional fee. This option guarantees that your photo editing request will be prioritized and completed within  1-2 business days. Please email us at orders@pixelsperfectedstudios if you would like your order expedited.

3.2 Availability: The availability of expedited processing may vary depending on the current workload and staffing capacity. This option will be indicated when submitting your editing request.

 

4. Communication

4.1 Notification of Completion: Once your photo editing service is completed, we will notify you through the contact information provided during the order placement. You will receive an email containing a link to download the edited Lightroom catalog and or edited image(s).

 

5. Changes to Processing Time

5.1 Notification: If there are any changes to the standard processing time, we will try to provide notice on our website and will definitely communicate the revised processing times to customers who have already placed orders.
