What type of photography do you edit?I edit mostly weddings, however I am open to portrait and branding work as well. This will be based on an order minimum as they are smaller shoots.

What software do you use?I use Adobe Lightroom Classic for culling and color correcting. All clients must have the latest Lightroom update installed to avoid any issues during catalog exchanges. I also use Adobe Photoshop for retouching.

Can I send Capture One files?I currently only offering culling and color correction via Adobe Lightroom.

What is the best way to send you photos?Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with instructions with a link to upload your Lightroom Catalog and or photos to our Google Drive. You can also send photos to be retouched via DropBox/WeTransfer or please e-mail them at contact@pixelsperfectedstudos.com. Another option is to send me a link to access photos to your desired cloud folder.

Is there a limit to the photos I can submit? What is the minimum order?There is a minimum order of $50 per order. Please keep that in mind when submitting an order for smaller shoots.

When will I receive my order? What are your processing/turnaround times?The turnaround time varies for each service and can change depending on the workload I have during busy wedding seasons. Times start the day after your catalog and or images are submitted to me. Photo culling is typically 1-3 business days ( could be sooner than 3 days, times depend on how large the shoot is). Photo Editing is typically 3-5 business days and Photo Retouching is 1-3 business days. You will be notified of any changes in the times.

Is it possible to change/update my instructions once my order has been submitted?You can before I get started on the editing. Please email me the additional instructions or any other kind of changes you need to orders@pixelsperfectedstudios.com

Do you provide a trail of your services? Can you send me a portfolio?Sure, I do provide a trial run of up to 20 images for color correction. However please note an "example" portfolio doesn't accurately reflect how well a photo editor will match YOUR needs. With over 12 years of experience, my service specializes in editing to each photographer's unique style, which I carefully develop and learn while staying true to their brand and identity. Any example portfolio is not a true representation of your unique style and brand, or a complete reflection of my capabilities. What happens if I am not satisfied with the retouching service?I understand the importance of having a photo editor who maintains the same level of care and attention to detail that you would. Through my personalized photo editing services, I dedicate myself to learning, preserving, and enhancing your brand's distinctive aesthetic and editing style. Please let me know which reworks are needed to be done as discussed in our mutual expectations. I’ll modify the image at no charge if I missed some of the comments given originally.

What is your payment policy?For all new clients, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon final delivery. For ongoing clients, I’m happy to discuss invoicing options after the first project. I'm currently using Venmo to receive payment and it will be linked on each invoice.
